This is a 1:1 bake along class, I will be explaining throughout whilst going through the same steps as you.
This online class will last for 3 hours and will include how to achieve:
- The perfect Swiss meringue
- Good 'macaronage’ technique for full shells
- Good 'macaronage’ technique for full shells
- Ganache recipes and tutorials
- Followed by a Q&A session.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email including the ingredients and equipment needed for the class. Closer to the time you will receive another email with the zoom link.
You will receive a recording of the class including the notes taken during the class and the print out of the instructions!
